  • Hello all,

    Day 9/18 successfully completed.

Made up all my lunch last night - ham & mustard sandwiches, crisps, yoghurt, chopped apple and grapes, and a cereal bar. Even brought my own drink in :D

Today I had ham, cheese and rocket sandwiches with a yoghurt, carrot sticks and a handful of salted pretzels.

  • Today has been on odd day and not sure if to reduce my target days or count today as a failed day. Off sick from work, so didn’t make a packed lunch. However unexpectedly had to take OH to hospital for tests (he’s fine, false alarm) and bought a sandwich in the hospital (which is also my work place)

    Hi,

Poor DH, what a worry. Glad he's ok.

  • Evening,

Left over Hairy Bikers sausages and onion gravy, mash and peas for lunch tomorrow from dinner tonight :)

Everyone is doing really well with this challenge, glad I'm not on my own here xx
  • Into double figures today - yay!

Chilli con carne and rice for me today. It's now almost 9pm though and I still haven't organised anything for tomorrow... I'm thinking chicken salad wrap to use up some bits and pieces that are starting to look a bit sad in the bottom of the fridge!

Special thanks to Pmo2 - I'm really enjoying this challenge! :T

Morning all, hope you are well.

I have a cottage pie which I froze down a while ago & a portion of (again frozen down) spiced red cabbage. Hoping to do a piri piri chicken casserole tonight so that will be leftovers for tomorrow :)

Well done everyone, you're smashing it!!
