    :hello: Good morning everyone

Happy July to all. I hope you're ok on yet another sizzling
    day! soleilcoeur.gif

:T Very well done re your book win leanfun! :j :D

Your visit to DS (East Kent coast) sounds wonderful -
such a relief to get away from this stifling heat for a
    couple of days.

Pleased you found a bit of shade at GSs sports day.

Your hypericum sounds glorious! So many flowers -
such a beautiful splash of colour for your garden. :T :j

Have a wonderful week off work indie. I actually managed to
get loads of washing out and dried yesterday in record time,
but the huge pile of ironing will have to wait a while! Hate
    ironing! :p

Hope the stiffness in your hip improves as the day goes
    by rose.

Hard to believe there are 100 choirs now I remember enjoying watching Gareth set up the first ones.

Thank you for thinking of me leanfun. :A

Such a coincidence! I received my copy yesterday - brought
tears to my eyes & a lump in my throat just listening to the
    beautiful songs/hymns chosen.

My daughter was involved in the CD and sang on quite a
    few tracks.

It was an amazing experience for all the choirs. :A

My daughter has said that it's doing brilliantly in the shops
too. :T I shall have to tell her that it's now a competition
prize - she will be delighted!

I can also remember Gareth setting up the first choir -
it's incredible how far they've all come since that time.

The following track is from the new album 'Remember' ....

That is fab for your daughter alfie to be part of it. Have just spent a fortune with QVC. Bought a new laptop and an Echo Spot. Will clean out the laptop I have and give it to GK's. Need more storage and memory for my own use now. GS has a tablet and GD smashed the screen on hers by dropping it so laptop will help them both with homework etc. DS does not like them using his laptop as he paid an arm and a leg for it and whilst away he takes it with him. My livingroom and kitchen are sweltering hot as they face on to the courtyard and it is a sun trap being mostly enclosed. Got fans going but they don't seem to be cooling anything down. Had to close windows as hayfever was starting to really bother me with skin and eyes itching and have a bit of a headache as well. Hope everone is enjoying the sunshine.

I hope you're all well and raring to go tennis-smiley.gif?1292867688 on this
    extremely muggy Monday! fan-smiley.gif?1292867591

My rain dance has failed miserably - no rain expected
here, I'll just have to try a little harder! pluie07.gif

Sounds as if you had a great spend yesterday rose! :j
Your GKs will be thrilled! I agree, it was stifling & muggy
yesterday, Phew! I don't think fans are much help either in
    this type of heat. chaud1.gif

My Son-in-law completed a charity run yesterday (for
cancer research). He did amazingly well running in this
    sort of heat! :T :j

Time for a cuppa me thinks. :p Have a lovely and lucky
day all & please take care whatever your plans.

Morning. We have managed to lie in this morning instead of being awake at five.

Alfie that was a coincidence. Well done to your DD. I never thought she might be in one of the choirs. You must be very proud indeed. Well done too to your SIL.
Like you I have some ironing that I just left yesterday.

Rose great you have a new Lappy GKs will be so pleased. Do hope your hay fever improved yesterday afternoon. My DD2 has had a bad time with it.

Indie enjoy your week off try to do something relaxing and have a rest. Indie we are very fortunate we not only have a bus pass but as in London the freedom pass gives us free travel on trains and underground in Greater London area. So ticket wins in London really are free for us.

Sheils hope you are enjoying your hols and Hotel has air con.

Firefly hope you have a fan that is affective in this heat.

Alfie love your pick. Let us hope for a lucky July.

Morning folks. Bit cloudy, duller and cooler here this morning. DIL came in after dropping kids at school to pick up chair and return it. She is coming back after picking up a couple of things at shops. Have an appointment at hospital at 11,30 so she will take me there and bring me back. Hope all is well with everyone. FF you and hubby take care thinking of you both..
