remember who the third [STRIKE]culprit[/STRIKE] birthday girl was! Many
thanks fire**fly for reminder! :A
Me thinks I should really keep a note of all the birthdays,
anniversaries etc., there's so many of them!
It's so lovely to 'see' you fire**fly and well done on your
wins. :T
I've not long returned from walking the doggies - they're
now sending up the happy zzzzz's & I'm relaxing with a

other occasions
sounds lovely DD coming to do you stirfry sheils,
lol, I daren't do frying things now as nearly set the pan
on fire about a week ago when rushing about to
fry some mushrooms!
forgot i'd got it on & went to check on something else,
smoke alarm went off & kitchen was full of smoke
luckily enough I managed to switch off everything & open all the windows before anything worse happened,
was just very embarrassed because alarms had gone
through the complex
anyways, thanks again for lovely wishes & hope to pop in
again soon xxplease be a responsible pet owner & spay/neuter your pets, too many strays & not enough homes for them sadly.0 -
evening folks. DIL and GK's popped in this afernoon and stayed for dinner. I had taken pork belly out of the freezer last night and made a thyme stuffing today for it and rolled and roasted it in the oven this afternoon. GK's could smell it cooking and wanted to know what it was. So they stayed to eat it. They also made me a sponge cake and filled and covered it in strawberries and cream and it was delicious we had it as a dessert. Still got some left so will have it tomorrow. Glad you had a nice day ff. Not having wine here either have got a hospital appointment tomorrow. I am being picked up around mid-day. Hope everyone is well this evening.0

Good Morning,
Cloudy day here - missing the sun. On the bright side the forecast for our next break looks really good so hope it stays like that!
DD made a lovely stirfry and DH enjoyed his Father's Day especially as he got red wine and malt whisky as presents.
Hope everyone is well and good luck for the week.

Morning peeps. Dull and overcast here again. Nose is running eyes are itchy and I have a bit of a cough. So rain has not shut out my hayfever yet. It is so frustrating as I take antihistamines religously. DIL thinks GD may have hayfever as well as she has been sneezing and rubbing here eyes for the last week or so. Told her to check with doc before giving her anything. FF hope your hubby is getting a bit better and for the folks in the inn hope I find you well this morning. Take care. Off out later so TT for now.0

Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes. It was a bit of a hectic weekend. We went on train with DD1 and GS to DD2s sons fifth birthday on Saturday.
It was great to see DD2s two children. They are growing so quickly, one now 5 and other 3. DD1 her son is 7. Yesteday was very chilly and windy in Southampton. We could not take the little ones to park
We stayed over until today and met up with a friend for lunch so only home just before football. So a good few days.
Rose pleased to hear you had a good birthday, your cake from GKs sounded delicious. pleased you enjoyed your evening at the pub.
Dear FireFly Happy birthday too. Great to see you in the Inn.
Yesterday I asked DH who was going to win first match and I put his prediction into a comp on twitter. Turned out to be correct. We have won a football and a mock World Cup trophy. GS who is 7 will be delighted when he knows. He could take trophy into school. I put correct England score into a comp today too.
It was great to see both DDs but DS decided to stay at home and watch the golf. Tired now.0
