Very sensible decision!
I hope a good sleep helps - you must be mentally and emotionally tired out as well as physically!

I think this month has tested me to my limits.
I slept until the phone rang just after 4pm.
I feel wiped out.
I should have found time to book holidays and I should have taken time out regularly but this month has been an unusual month.
Tonight I am not doing anything.
Tomorrow I am not going to work but I have the grandchildren tomorrow afternoon. I hope that the rest will be enough. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -

Think I am going to have to bow out of as much as possible for the next few days.

I am shattered. Babysat this afternoon while Biggest went for her scan.
Luckily the boys went to bed just before she went out, so it was really only the two girls the baby and the puppy.
I was fed for my fee.
I am home now and everything needing attention can now wait until tomorrow. (At least!)
I have to go to work as there are fittings booked in and work to attempt to do. But I know that I am not going to be as productive for a while.
I called in to the shop and z read the card machine and banked £190.
But resisted the work to do.
I just wanted to bank as much as possible before I pay the rent out.
I think I will scrape through without touching the overdraft just. Although I would expect I need to dip in slightly for Monday's wage bill.
We will see how long the card transactions take to get into the bank. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
A better night, only up 3 times. Weird dreams but not nightmares for a change.
Spoke to my sister on Skype. Mum has a Bronchial Astma or something like that, my French is rubbish. So my sister is getting to see how hard it is when Mum is ill. She was pulling funny faces at the camera trying to convey her message to me without speaking as Mum came down the stairs as we were talking. My sister is not a very patient nurse.
Did I tell you Biggest scan reveals a possible girl?
They are happy with that idea.
Make it easier on Bedroom space when the boys have been relocated.
The social worker said the Foster panel would not agree to gfs sister as her offer to help was too flaky and not able to provide what the boys need. I am relieved. Never thought I would say it, but they need a foster family while the system decide if my Son etc can get theirvact together in time, or if they too will have to be adopted.
On the plus side I hear via the grapevine that DS has been offered a Stewards job in the working man's club. Let's hope he sorts himself out.
I am on my own at work and will just have to prioritise the important things.
I can only do what I can do so to speak.
I had hoped the Saturday girl would work over half term, but she never got back to me.
I am rethinking the staffing problem.
I had a lady contact me looking for work yesterday who I had considered earlier and was going to trial but she decided that she needed more hours at the time. She is now leaving her current job in July and is looking for work.
I will sort out my accounts and do a cash flow forecast to see if I could afford to take her on and give myself a break, and step back a little.
But I am aware every extra pound going on costs is less money for my dreams at the end of the day. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
Mooloo Although I am really sorry your Mum is ill, I am very glad she is somewhere where no one can expect you to step in and look after her! ((HUGS))0
