I'm in Ireland. There must be a difference in the super 6 between here and the UK.

Yes, I think so - the current UK Super 6 is tomatoes, spring onions, radishes, beetroot, celery and lettuce - no fruit at all :-( (unless you count tomatoes - but as the saying goes - knowledge is knowing tomatoes are a fruit, wisdom is knowing not to put them in a fruit salad )

Quick question. When I was in Aldi last night they finally had flavoured quark. They're called MyQ and about the same size as a standard yogurt. Got one of each flavour to try out. Wasn't available on the app so put it through the syns calculator and it came back as free. Haven't tried it yet as I'm on an SP day, but it just occurred to me that quark is a P. These are quark based but have a bit of yogurt and flavouring added. Would they count as a P? It does say on the lid that they're high protein.

Reporting an STS for me this week - well a tiny gain (my scales weigh in decimals) but I round up/down a bit and I need all the help I can get! Why are these last few pounds so hard?? That being said I've done myself no favours today with a fish and chip lunch with family. Determined to reign it in this week by keeping syns low and a couple of SP days - any other suggestions welcome.

Well done to all that have lost this week.

If you want to be 100% strict with yourself on SP then you probably shouldn't have them if they've got a bit of yogurt in them. But the amount you're straying from SP would be tiny. Do you always have the extra HEB? When I have an 'almost' SP day I just go without the extra.

I've got a bit of a cold hanging around so decided as I can't taste very much it would be a waste to have wine. That means I'll have heaps of syns for the rest of the week. :D
  • TIE You're welcome to weigh in with me anytime you want :rotfl: I'm expecting the scales will be back to normal next week though :rotfl:

Thanks maman. I was thinking the yogurt would probably rule them out. I've not had my second b today yet as I got distracted looking up holidays :rotfl: Think I'll leave it now and have one of the quark. I'll call it an 'almost' day :)

Good here Beanie thanks for asking. His nibs has had a good return to School (long may it last!). Lots of staff illness at the moment so hoping I don’t get it!
Got everything crossed for a good WI!
