Finally got my Sky package sorted - still got the same but have saved about £8 a month. Not amazing but it's better than nothing and having checked other providers Sky were still the cheapest even before this reduction.
Other than that I have finally removed some picture hooks from the wall that have been there since we moved in (bought some pliers today), I have cleaned the inside of the car out, have put my cruise picture in its frame and now need to figure out how to hang it
, put all the recycling out and have just decided I will do a car boot sale on Sunday. I know its Easter Sunday - not sure if that will help numbers or not, but the weather looks good, ds is still away and if I don't get on with it then it won't happen for another year and at least then I can make a start on getting the garage sorted finally. Off now to start packing boxes in the garage and getting stuff organised

Possible slight change of plan - Mr S, (remember him those of you that have been around here a while), anyway, he is a painter and decorator and is coming round tomorrow afternoon to help me figure out how much paint I need to do my lounge, hall & stairs. He will do the ceilings and the stairs / landing for me, I'll paint the rest. I'm planning on doing it in the summer holidays, I've been here 2 years now and haven't touched it yet so it does need doing.
I have been out and prepped the soil on one side of the drive, I've bought some grass seed to go there as it is just a pile of yucky soil at the moment that just keeps getting full of weeds. It's only a couple of feet wide, it's where I took out the hedge when I moved in and next door kindly planted a row of bushes, but there is still this patch that needs sorting.
I've also sorted a couple of bets - £15 profit from one and £4 from the other. I've got a couple of others on the go at the moment so hopefully will have more to add over the next few days
I've done a Tesco order which is being delivered on Saturday - I can't face supermarkets on bank holiday weekends, particularly when the weather is supposed to be nice. I know I'm so lucky living by the sea but sunny bank holiday weekends are when I stay indoors - the roads are gridlocked round here with day trippers, I'd rather avoid it all

Thank you Beanie - I've been lucky this week that there has been lots of Champions League football involving English teams, this has meant quite a few offers around, it will dry up again now I expect.

One load of washing done and on the line, I've been to Homebase and picked up tonnes of colour charts - I'm looking for a sage green / grey for the lounge with white woodwork. I'm going to make a moodboard, I'm thinking powdery pale pink, lilac or dove grey for accents. Not too keen on going for greys as I think that will date quickly - everyone I know has a grey lounge or grey carpets these days.Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

So, ds is home today and I'm very excited cos I've missed him, BUT ... this week has been fabulous for me, having some time to chill and just have Me time. This week I have ... stuck to my calories on My Fitness Pal (MFP), lost 4lbs :j :j, not bitten my nails AND yesterday I re-started C25K and went for a run :T :T
I haven't had heartburn or been sick this week and all in all it's been a very good week. Now I need to see if I can maintain it when I'm back at work and ds is home and my stress levels will naturally rise again. Let's see ...
Today I am having a proper roast dinner though as it's Easter Sunday - we've got a leg of lamb, Mum is coming over for dinner and I'm looking forward to it.Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000
