Definitely having a very MSE day today, I've just chopped up the remaining turkey that I bought yesterday. I have had turkey sandwiches for lunch and dinner yesterday, then again today (I do love a turkey sandwich
), and I have managed to portion up enough for 2 turkey curries, a turkey and ham pie and enough slices for ds and I to have 2 lots of large roast turkey dinners :T :T I would be tempted to make stock from the carcass but I couldn't possibly cram another thing into my freezer, it is now absolutely full to bursting :rotfl:

I woke up at 4am and realised I haven't necessarily finished the bet yet, if the team loses or draws its fine, if they win I will have to bet some more so will lose a bit more of the profit. We'll see what happens tomorrow.
Other than that I woke up several times again in the night, worrying about money next summer again. I know the holiday seems like a big extravagance considering my financial changes that are upcoming but I need it to look forward to, it makes a huge difference to how I feel when I know I've got that to look forward to.
So today, I'm meeting up with a friend and we're taking the dogs down the beach for a walk then back to hers for a coffee. Other than that it will be spent pottering again.Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000
