I am genuinely interested in the difference 10 years hence if you stick to it, since the Patient trust was too long term to expect results to touch for me.
I’ll be hanging onto the rest for at least 10years. For the record, when I sold the £1000.00 this morning, I was down 20.63% in my Woodford holding so I can compare my dog fun to it as well.
Am with HL, so hopefully my dog fund will show in my portfolio by Thur/Fri.Hmmmm, need new siggie :cool:0 -
Sighing. I see my fund is up 2.23% today. Shame my £1000 is still showing as blooming “SUBMITTED FOR DEALING”! Hopefully it’ll clear tomorrow so I can start to track it.Hmmmm, need new siggie :cool:0

It cleared at 8:00 tonight so it’s game on tomorrow! I would have been smashing your 7p loss if it had cleared earlier.
Hmmmm, need new siggie :cool:0 -
How's it going with 'Bonkers'?
My Janus Henderson China Opportunities is up 7.34% since 29/11/2017.0 -

at the point that you posted, Bonkers was up by 5.03% since 29.12.17, which was (very) Happy Days. However, since then, he'd had a word with himself and he's down 0.99% on the day, so a 4.04% or £40.41 gain on my original £1000.0 -
I don’t have today’s price yet, but will update first thing tomorrow. Last time I looked, I was very pleased to see that my dog of all dog funds was nicely outperforming the fund I took the money from (Woodford Patient).Hmmmm, need new siggie :cool:0

OK, I have had my Schroder ISF Global Energy fund since 3 January and am up 2.24%. In contrast, my remaining funds in the Woodford Patient Capital Trust are down 21.76%- it had been down 20.63% when I took the £1000 out so while I may not be beating Bonkers, I am quite happy!Hmmmm, need new siggie :cool:0

Where would be the best place to review to top performing funds every 6 months? I can only find the best of the past 12 months.
Picking the top from here for example:

Interest to watch how this goes, might jump on myself at some point!0 -

between the 2 of us, its VERY early days - it'll be interesting to see the choices that we both make at the end of June (we need to agree a date that we both sell/buy on)0
