Sainsburys Bank Credit Card

Hi Guys,

Quick few about Sainsbury's;

1) No contactless, Apple or Android Pay?

2) Online banking seems a bit bare bones, no mobile apps either?

3) How do you check your promotional offers/interest without calling up? Is it on a statement or anything?

    Never seen one. Just says call a number.

    The statement is detailed - much more so than the very basic web interface. No contactless, have not tried to add to Android pay. No app that I know of.

    1) Correct.
    2) No mobile app. Online banking looks like it could have been created by a GCSE Computer Science student.
    3) Info is on the statement.

    To cap it all off the minimum payment is 2.25%, with is a bit of a bug ger if you are stoozing a balence

    Contactless and a mobile app would have been nice.

    I see someone's taken a stab at designing one, wonder where that plan went?

    The online banking doesn't seem to update at all? Is it a bit broken at the moment or does it refresh the data every few days?

    I'll guess.

    It doesn't update on bank holidays.

    Should I be concerned that the direct debit for my Sainsburys MasterCard has been setup under;

    SAINSBURYS BANK VISA CLASSIC

    Albeit with the correct reference in place?

    Also online seems to be updating with a bit more regularity now but its still pretty hit and miss.

    I'm guessing Sainsburys are a tad behind the latest technological curve.
