I don't post on here every week but I do make sure that I update my signature ever week.
It is looking like I have underestimated my target mileage for the year by quite a long way.
I am well on course to reach it by about October so I probably could have set the target at 4000.0 -
Well I've been away running up mountains again so 55.7 miles done for the week for me.
