I don't post on here every week but I do make sure that I update my signature ever week.

It is looking like I have underestimated my target mileage for the year by quite a long way.
I am well on course to reach it by about October so I probably could have set the target at 4000.

I need to get around to looking at mine but it has been around 40 miles for the last couple of weeks. Mileage will be dipping for the next month or so as I have races most weekends so will need to be resting and recovering between them.
