Experian Credit Report Searches

I use the MSE Credit Club to view my full Experian credit report.
On the search history tab there are two sections; Searches that may impact your credit score and Searches that do NOT impact your credit score.
Am I correct to assume that the two sections are the same as hard searches and soft searches? Therefore, whatever the description, the searches in the second section cannot be seen by prospective lenders.
