It just seemed like a painful wait.
Thank you to the wonderful individuals on this forum for your direction and patience. Most of us newbies truly don’t have a clue when we come here pumped with anxiety and reading stickies can feel very overwhelming, so when the regulars give you good feedback and advice it eventually sinks in. So thank you, thank you, thank you for taking the time to read and respond to our cries for help - would not have got the win without you.0 -
Well done you! ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST! :TThe Claimant advised that they were relying on the law of agency
I find it offensive that Excel and VCS still tell their reps to try to argue the un-arguable, on a point of law that has already been dealt with on appeal by a Senior Circuit Judge.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi forum,
I just have a quick question - how long should it take for the PPC to pay costs? My case was on 24th Sept. Thanks.0 -
the judge should have given them a deadline , but the standard is 30 days , after that you can give them 7 days notice and then pay for a warrant of control0

Hi, wondering if anyone out there has any advice on this:
Have been issued a fine dating back to February and have challenged it all the way so far. Received all the letters as per this forum warned me I would but beginning to become concerned. I am totally bemused why I received a ticket in the first instance as I displayed my parking ticket, it was for a full 24 hours, I only needed 6 of these hours. Then the parking attendant actually photographed my vehicle with the ticket displayed in the window. I have a receipt still too as proof. The photo of the ticket displayed in my vehicle is one they are claiming is evidence - how?????
I have written to them, filling in the dispute forms and have now received a "Response Pack" with Admission Form N9A or Defence and Counterclaim N9B. I am about to fill in the latter but noticed on this forum that Excel Parking wont respond anyway. They haven't responded so far even though I sent my last letter recorded delivery and it has been signed for.
Any suggestions where next? Many thanks in advance.0 -
Why are you posting on a random, ancient thread from 2017? You should firstly read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, second post as you now seem to be at the court claim stage, then if you have any queries, please start a new thread of your own, where you will receive bespoke advice for your specific case. Thank you. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I think it's that giant pink NEW POST button, pointlessly placed top left above every thread that's to blame. Newbies probably think they are posting a new thread. Please add your thoughts to this thread I started in Site Feedback if the regulars agree:

Thanks for your advice. I have posted a new thread as suggested but assumed (wrongly) that a new post button would be the obvious starting point. Never posted on a forum before so totally new. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction hopefully.1
