I used the template modified by loadsofchildren123 on the thread "June 2018 - start of the new PPC and DVLA fightback (GDPR related)" I should receive a response back soon - it was sent 2/11.

I agree . It was actually one of the other drivers of the vehicle that realised the trickery and scamming aspect of this case (I wasn't even aware that there were different types of car parks!) and thus our website search began and we found this forum :T

SAR data received however it just provides information that was originally sent to RK and some information sent to them. Can a further request be made for more information? Can they charge for further data?

Yes you can demand any missing data. No they can't charge and should have provided all data.

I guess I misunderstood, I thought they needed to be aware of my defence to prove they had no claim and then continue to send the letter to request they drop hands and if they pursued with the claim then I would have costs ready in court - Guess not! I'm learning

Everything you have said there is fine.

Yes of course you will have your costs schedule ready.

It's just that you are now too late to be threatening a Counterclaim.
