Credit card statement not appearing

in Credit cards
A while back, I've subscribed to a text message service from the bank to let me know when the credit card statement is ready. I've received one of them yesterday.
I've logged onto the online banking portal and clicked on my credit card account, then went to the statement section to see December's statement hoping to see the amount to pay in January 2018.. On there it says my December statement is not available, as my account was inactive. See below extract from online banking:
December 2017 (account inactive) No account activity. No statement available?
? = account activity
There have been no transactions or other recent activity on this account. There is also no outstanding balance and we have no important information to share with you, so a statement for this month is not available.
This isn't true, as I have been using my credit card frequently between November and December.
Anyone have this issue? By the way, this issue is with Lloyds Banking Group.

Mine seems to be OK.
If you click the 'earlier' button when you go into the credit card what date does it give you?

Just be better than you were yesterday.0 -
I get this, with TSB (same systems at present)
They send you the text to tell you it is ready, but you can’t view the statement online at that point - it’s like they send the text a day too early!PPI success. Banding success. Double Dip PCN cancelled! South facing solar (Midlands) and battery. Savings Session supporter (is it worth it now!?)0 -
It happens with me too when I get a new statement from Lloyds.
Find it appears online the next day. It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.0 -
