What is the deadline for you to send them in?
And on the back, what does it say, what date do you have to follow the Directions by?
it was by today - I sent all the docs to the law firm and the court about 1 week ago signed for.
Hearing is 2 weeks tmrw.
I have sent a defence based around poor upkeep and bad markings. I have pics included but they were taken 6 months after the last ticket.
Other things i mention include inconsistent parking policies. There website being down on numerous occasions and contradictory markings (eg white lines over double yellows!).
I admitted liability on one ticket and sent them £60 - this was rejected.
I also called SCS law and was given an offer of around £570 to close the case. I rejected that.
I also sent web pages showing the previous bad behaviour of UKPC.
However i dont know if this will be enough.
Thanks for the info about what constitutes being an idiot and I dont think i have done that. I have followed the court orders on time and not ignored anything. Infact the law firm took over a month to get back to me with a settlement offer.
Sorry if I was not helpful with my responses but most were from a phone and normally when stressed after getting another letter. I have more of a mathematical mind than literal (self diagnosed dyslexic) and I can miss things when reading.
I do appreciate the help given here but I feel that some people can be a little condescending on this forum.
Anyway - whatever the outcome i have learnt a fair bit about lawers and small claims etc. Even if it does turn out to be an expensive lesson

It was very interesting thanks I learnt a lot.
The opposition lawyer was a really good guy and I now understand a lot more about how the law works.
