Sorry I was referring to Keith ps post only. It seemed to just critise my actions.
Others posts have been helpful but I still don’t know how this is going to pan out. If I knew I could be liable for over £1300 I would have settled this ages ago.
I have no experience with these types of things so I’m sorry if my answers were not very savy. I don’t know what you mean by being an idiot. I guess I will find out at the case.
One thing I have learned is don’t believe what you read on this website. This whole experience has been drawn out and painful.
then find an alternative website to get info from0 -
When did poeople tell you this would be a simple, strasightforward process? Its a court claim. They take quite a while. If you had bothered to read around - as you evidently havent - you would have been able to work this out all on your lonesome
Have you botherd to read the CPRs to understand costs? Hint: CPR27.14(2)(g)
Lastly: if you dont like what you read, the door is over there. The site is busy enough that your complaints will not really be missed.0 -
Ah, so the website. Not the forum. From 2014.
*smacks head*
Oh, and you still didnt answer anyquestions, so were still a bit clueless. But Im also starting to care a lot less.0 -
look at the date !!!! its 4 yrs old and totally WRONG
MSE have been told and told again , but refuse to edit or remove it
the newbies thread is updated regularly and ALL the latest info is in there
please complain to MSE not users on this forum that are trying to help0 -
The claimants statement of costs is £565.40.
Is this just another intimidating tequmique by them. If that!!!8217;s the case it!!!8217;s outrageous and just not on. Do these people have no decency!0 -
I hear you this is the root of all my issues not the polite helpfully posters.0
-
Youve already been told, twice now, what youre liable for and what you are not, unless you have behaved unreasonably. GO do some research yourself before asking the same question, again.
Edit: the questions on the last post before you randomly popped up asking about costs. A question you could have easily found the answer to in the newbies thread, or by doing a simple search on google. I've since pointed you to the CPRs where you can read it yourself, yet you again posted asking about their costs.0 -
Which questions??0

Also, no part of that article says this is easy. No part talks about actual court action and the steps involved
It is not the route of your issues. You inability to answer simple, straightforward questions, do your own research on the court process or costs, has just left us in the dark and frankly less and less interested in helping.0
