I'd always want a bath, so would only consider a house without one if one could easily be put back in or the whole place would need major re-doing anyway.0

yes we would we had our bath removed.:footie:0

baths are horrible sitting in your own dirt and the water goes cold quickly as well, plus it takes ages.:footie:0

I am a bath person so no.
Although I suppose there is nothing stopping a buyer getting a bath fitted, which is what my sister did in her house.0 -
Fact is you have about a 50/50 split.
That means removing your bath would rule out half the market.0 -
I wouldn't buy a house without a bath (or room for one) even though I mostly use the shower. I visited a local house last week and noticed that the bath wasn't full length. It could only be used sitting up. I wouldn't buy that either.0

Another no vote here. I wouldn't like "space for a bath" either . I'd want a nice relaxing soak after a hard day moving house. (My other deal breaker is washing machines in the living room)0

Nah.The bathroom is really essential, even if it's combined with the toilet room. At least a decent one.0

I had a flat that had a large shower unit only which was the size of a bath. Really convenient and easy to walk in. Felt luxury too.
Now got a house with a bath that has a shower head. Not as convenient and almost had several accidents getting in and out.
I would stick with a shower unit only, but I know plenty of people that wouldn't.0 -
As long as there is room to put 1 yes I would buy a house without a bath, Ive not seen a house with just a shower on Zoopla and Rightmove.0
