Hi everyone
I know it's too late now but good luck with the move lil_me, hope all goes well and you get a chance to sit don at last!
Well I decided that we needed to sort A's room out, it has a load of ebay stuff in there which was starting to spill all over the place. Plus her floor was starting to disappear under stuff! So we empited the ebay box and took pics of it all and then repacked it neatly. Still to finish clearing the floor and I now have a heap of pics I need to resize and listings to create. That is the bit I find soooooooo boring but if it bring in a few £££ it has to be ok.
Have read all the posts but can't remember what I wanted to say, so hugs to you all.
:coffee: and pic resizing here I comeOfficial Mascot and Chief Cheerleader for the 'Mortgage Free in Three' Gang0 -
All washing dry and put away now.
Been to shops and bought the bits I wanted. I think that's most of my Christmas stuff now. Just food and I'm going to start buying something with each shop from now on. Nothing wrapped yet though!0 -
Well I've managed to do a few things today, have:
Cleaned bathroom
Changed my bedding
Done 3 loads of washing & drying(will iron later)
Cooked roast dinner(well almost!)
and listed a few more things on ebay
Got some stuff selling today on ebay up to £25 at the mo, hopefully will sell for a bit more than that but we'll see!
Oh and forgot to say I also got some dryer balls from ebay for £3 incl P&P bargain!DFW no.630!

chock cooking.
DS1 did his room with me only took 30 minutes and we have a box of stuff to ebay/charity. He has one more box to sort through quietly this evening.
Little black cat still limping - I think another cat has bitten her foot or she has trod on something sharp which has gone right though - hope it is not too costly at the vet.
Right need to finish dinner. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Tesco have dryer balls in for £3 too.. I picked some up yesterday! ..AND I even made my mother get some!! WOOHOO!!! I am turning her to the green side!! VVVEEERRRYYYY Slowly!!
Hubby finishing the last bit of painting in the bathroom.. I've done next to nothing today.. I think I am getting a cold.. I have a sor throat.. but it could be a reaction to the weed someone was smoking in my presence last night.. it always makes my throat thick for a few days.. good job I don't smoke it!!
Kitchen is almost clear.. I need to fold 2 dryer loads though and just put both machines on again.
DD2 is STILL supposedly sorting her clothes.. I am going to ban the PC for 3 days if she doesn't hurry up!!
I am suddently really down.. I was hoping to go to college after next summer but apparently the nursery don't do full time places any more so unless i pay £7 a day she won't get to go full time until she starts school which I think is WAY out of order.. I am putting her name down at the nursery which backs onto our house.. I really don't like the nursery it has over 100 children and I think it is totally impersonal but they have places from 9-2:30pm so come NEXT September it would be ideal for her and me.. they also do extended places so if I wanted I could drop her off at 8am and collect her at 6pm!!! I wouldn't.. not in a million years but sometimes dropping her off earlier or picking her up once I've collected the others might be vital. I'm also feeling really 'friendless' .. how sad am I? I just need a good shaking I think!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Hope your cat is ok dusty0 -
Oh I have also written a 'christmas preparation diary'
It's full of various lists, ideas and dates. names and gifts and goodness knows what else.
Next year I am hoping to make all my cards.. I can then spend all year making them. I am also going to make a few more presents.. I'm thinking of doing bags for each of my sisters and filling them with smellies sweets and socks!! Mind you I quite like the idea of homemade soaps, bath bombs and candles too so I may well give those a go.
Best go dish out tonights slops... *sigh*LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
aww pigpen - you have loads of friends here!
It will all work out with dd and nursery - can you not get 3 yr funding for her nursery place or some paid by family credit??0 -
had another busy day.
2 loads of washing done. another 1 to do. 2 through the TD and all the stuff of mine and charlie's on the ironing pile has been done - just put some sheets and DH's non-urgent stuff to one side as it can be done when it is half term here.
DH and FIL fixed our sink so we no longer have leaky taps, and MIL cleaned the bathroom again when they finished.
Had an hour of my mum having a go at me on the phone, but i said i understood her point but there was nothing i could do about it, plus there was other things going on (all the poo at work) and she then felt really sorry for me and invited us round for a tea party for charlie's birthday next wednesday, i don't have to do anything, and she will get my 2 sisters to sort it all. so pleased i can be assertive with someone.
Went out for sunday lunch at the pub. Charlie has ate so much today.
have marked half of a set of books, so just the remainder of them to do plus plan in detail for my lesson obs for tomorrow so the mean man can't tell me off for anything else. I have to ring the local union rep this week and get this sorted once and for all as i have been stewing on it all weekend and it really is enough now.
looking forward to another week of flying. the house is looking good as it was tidied so much for the party, so it should be easy to do bits this week.
wish we had the house to ourselves again as i could do with a bit more peace and quiet to do what i need to, but seems though the i-ls are here till the morning i will just need to get on as best as i can for now.
Have a peaceful evening everyone - bet lil-me is shattered.
Michelle, x0
