LOL:rotfl: my hair is quite dark too, which one did you go for though as I have used the one with red highlights and one which is dark brown with lighter highlights. Did you leave the highlights on too long?? Good luck if you try it again!

Just took dd2 back to out of hours doctor! (now I feel nurotic lol) as rash developed into funny circles, was worried it was ringworm but it isn't. Is still a reaction to a virus but a very rare reaction, needed to get her to do a wee sample whilst we were there but she wouldn't:rolleyes: they wanted to check for protein. Am supposed to get the wee sample back to them today but might just go to my doctors tommorow as they have a drop in service. Mind you we have been back for 2 hours and she still hasn't done a wee!

Off to clean the bathroom now!

I've now sorted next weeks list.. go buy some binbags!!! lol

DD2 has chosen the clothes which DD1 has outgrown which she wishes to keep and is now (supposed to be) clearing out her clothes as half of that is too small or she doesn't like and won't wear..

Hubby is just washing the little 3.. DD3 (7) who is STILL in nappies for bed took off her nappy and she STINKS of pee.. so all 3 jump in the bath!! lol.. so I'll be fleacombing for the next 2 hours!!

I'm just sorting the ebay pile which needs photographing so I can have the girls do the pics and then I can list over the week while they are off school. I have 2 payments to bank.. one item to locate which seems to have disappeared!! and 2 to wrap. I also have 2 NPB's (non-paying bidders) who need chasing.

I need to sort hubby an evening suit for next weekend as well.. should be interesting!!

    Hi All

Not been on since Wednesday night as busy day on Thursday, shopping trip with DD2 via the bus. Had a good time and got her kitted out with new shoes, coat, hat & gloves:D seriously happy little bunny she was!

Friday, I played catch up and got the house looking great.

Saturday, at work (but meant I got to read up on what you lot have been upto).

Sunday, Got up at 7am (after playing in our bed with them for an hour so DH could get extra sleep - he was on blow-up bed in front room as DD1 chucked all over her bed at about 11.30 last night.

    So this morning I have:-

    Walked dog
Stripped DD1 bed (including duvet and pillow)
Stripped DD2 bed as duvet cover had sick on that (bunk beds:rolleyes: )
3 loads in WM, pegged out (including duvet and pillow)
    Put chicken in oven
Shampood girls room (all over floor too - like The Exocist - only no peas lol!)
Fed breakfasts (all of us plus woof)
Bathed DD's & washed their hair
    S & S Kitchen
Dressed DD2 ready for the party she is going to later
    Wrapped pressie for above party
    Got ready for work

To say I was happy to get to work for a rest today would be an understatement. Whilst I ran around like a blue bottomed fly DH checked the banking on line (vital importance at that moment in time and ran the bath for the girls). He had a horrid day with the girls yesterday and seems to think they save all the crappy behavious just for him. Sorry man rant over.

MICHELLE - I think your managers are on very thin ice and I would ask to have another member of staff present at any future "meetings" as a witness to their bully tactics.

Lil_me - Hope your new home brings you all the happiness you deserve:D .

Having a fairly relaxing day here, but only because I have a stack of washing to do before DD goes away tomorrow  She has washing in every pile and then there's also the ironing pile which I'm going to tackle while watching Ugly Betty and DD sorts out what she's already got available for packing ;) Tea is in the slowcooker (beef in gravy with jacket potatoes  ) and there is only OH's packed lunch to make for tomorrow :D

Just having 5 minutes sit down before I go and make the beds and dig out DD's suitcase

    Afternoon

Good Luck lil_me hope you many happy years in your new home, see you when you're all internetted up, take care xx

Gloriously sunny day here today, great for heating my cold rooms lol. Got some home-made chips sizzling in the fryer for me and DS gonna have the rest of yesterdays beef gravy/onions over them yum-me! Been to shops and priced up a new battery for my car - I have everything crossed that that's all it will need eep!

Pottered about this morning mainly. Going to give DS a hand with his room later on (it's a tip) I don't usually, but I rarely see him these days (he's 15 and lives at his mates' it seems lol) and thought I'd at least be able to chat with him while we did it lol

Ohhhhh Blackpool illuminations! I love 'em! :j

DD5 down for a nap now.. the bath wore her out and she wouldn't stop whinging so off she went to her nest. I ordered hubby a suit from next.. his employer offered to pay for the cost of hire (£75) so they can buy him the suit!! (£120) I'm feeling that way out!

I have checked the bank accounts and I am better off than I thought.. £80 paypal has cleared, £60 has become available in the other account and there is £10 left of last weeks CTC which I didn't know about.. plus the CA allowance tomoorrow, DLA Tuesday and the CTC on Wednesday I might be able to afford to pay my mother back (I borrowed £150 yesterday for a tesco shop.. I'll give it back Wednesday) AND pay for the glass for the front bay.. hubby will be pleased.. I wonder if we could pay for half the glass this eek though and the rest next week.. I'll speak to hubby.. :D..

Best go check on the pics the girls are taking!

Muffin cases work really well and look very pretty - apple and cinnamon today - will try choc chip tomorrow. DS1 and 2 both in their beds listening to tapes - they are exhausted from school.

OH cooking dinner defiantly in the kitchen - I'm !!!!ed off because someone has nicked the doormat I got from Amnesty from our front door and have 'lost ' it because instead of returning from the pub after the game after promising he went to his brothers instead. I'm obviously delivering my special type of madness in just about the most hormonal way possible - (yelping-screeching-not pretty) so have decided to sit tight and say nothing more as I sound like a petulant teenager - can't seem to construct proper arguments in a calm and rational manner now I'm pregnant - I just totally fly off the handle - flat is looking much cleaner though so am happy

poor you vanilla, i'm sure lots of us have been there with the hair disasters!
    Definately!!!:rotfl:
I paid £80 for my last disaster, i asked for blonde highlights and she put neat peroxide on and the were completely white:eek: . Having decided she hadnt made enough of a mess of my hair yet she proceeded to make one side a good 3 inches shorter than the other:mad: . Very upset as i had been growing my hair for about 2 years and i ended up back where i started:confused:
