Lil_me, that's some list for today, I hope you get through it but at least you'll get to see baby Matthew! And how lovely of DS's driver to give him a goodbye prezzie, hope his new driver is as nice a person.
Pigpen, did you get a dance? I had a bit dance in the livingroom last night, a couple of V&T's and my pamper evening. If I'd still been up when you came in I would've had a dance with you!

Just a couple of things to do this morning then I'm off to Newcastle to see my bleak mood mate who I haven't seen for months then a couple of farewell drinks with an ex-colleague then meeting Blokey late afternoon.
    Ironing
    WMx1
    S&S round the house

I also need to sort house insurance renewal and am in two minds about asking for an extension of my overdraft, been a little distracted of late and taken my eye off the ball budget-wise. Going to be tight I think..

Better get my skates on if I'm to make the 11 O'clock train in..

Have a lovely weekend all, see you on next weeks thread, I don't think I'll get a chance to post before then.

    Morning

Spent the afternoon/evening and night with OH and just got back home, I woke up with a bad chest and blocked nose this morning too  probably because the last 3 days we've been stuck outside with my stupid car, which, wouldn't start yesterday morning! I'm so sick of it, it took us an hour to remove ONE nut from the starter motor so we could clean it (we had to get all the crap off it) and it still didn't work, so next step is to buy and fit a new battery (moeny which I haven't got) then if it STILL doesn't work it's a new starter motor  So another w/e stuck in the house for me

Going to move my bedroom to the master bedroom upstairs today, it's flippin freezing in this room now and it's warm upstairs so need to move regardless of the fact that it's not been decorated yet. So that'll take most of the day too being as I'm by myself lol.

Flying this week has gone out the window and I'm not happy about it! I need to at least do some stuff over the w/e to catch-up as the car won't be getting done till Monday. No excuses!

Morning ladies....I've not done any of the lists since Wednesday:o I'm finding it hard to keep uo on the days I work, thursday is a long day for me and I have to deal with the kids on my own too when I get in(dh is in forces and away until dec) so I think I'm just going to stick to catching up at the weekend with thursdays/fridays lists. So will aim to sort out bedroom and bathroom today if I can.

On my list to do today is:
    Post amazon book
Get milk and bread to last us over weekend
    Bedroom and change bedding
    Bathroom
Tidy lounge and dining room (and put away anthing not supposed to be in there)
Get some washing and ironing done(will leave ironing till tonight and will do it whilst watching carp on tv)
put up dd1's new curtains and wash old ones ready to give to my mum
    DFW no.630!

    Hello everyone!

Thanks for the kicks and the wishing me luck for my application. :kisses3: Hope your interview went well too rach - was going to wish you luck, but realised that you didn't have your laptop with you, so hope you got my telepathic wishes of luck instead.

As it turned out, I still didn't fly after the kicks, as I washed my hair after I left my message, and while I was in the shower, my mobile rang - it was the temp agency and they wanted me to start a temp job in 50minutes time from their call! Thus ensued a rushed drying of my hair, a zoom to Tesco to pick up some quiche for lunch as I didn't have time to make anything, and straight to work (luckily I had some office clothes washed and dried, so at least had something to wear). I worked there yesterday as well, so had a cracking headache when I got home (customer services phone answering job), and decided to have some me time with Ugly Betty and an early night.

Will get onto the flying today though now I'm back. I did manage to get some washing done whilst I was working though, and OH did a load yesterday on his day off which I need to put away. Also need to empty the DW as OH has left if for the past couple of days.

Hope everyone is well! Glad to hear that Matthew is home lil_me, and that the move is all going well for you. Hugs to everyone who needs them!

Just got the post, and had another rejection for the teaching job I applied for. I'm fed up! I've had so many rejections now, that I'm even wondering whether I should go into teaching at all. :(
