    Morning All,
I feel like I've got loads to do and no time to do it in...
I've spoken to the estate agent in Oz this morning. He thought we were staying long term , not just 3 months., He needs to speak to the landlord again. I thought I'd made it clear...I so hope it all works out. I don't think I could live with my parents for 3 months. I've also spoken to the bank over there, so now I have to find some money to transfer.....It suddenly feels a bit stressful....

I'm only around this morning and out all day tomorrow doing a Sex and Relationship presentation at my DD1 DD2's High School, to DD1's year group. I'm really not looking forward to it....
So I've got to get todays and tomorrows( master bedroom for me) done this morning.
Thankfully I've been doing so much sorting out that it shouldn't take too long. I've got my bedlinen washed and in the dryer already.

    So for me, then:
lots and lots and lots of clothes washing
    S&S kitchen
    Dust downstairs
    Dust master bedroom
    Remake bed
    Hoover through
    Wash downstairs floor
Sort all clean, dry washing for everyone to put away themselves.
Try and remember my parts for the presentation....yuck....

Have been trying like crazy to organise workmen so I can get this building work finished. Its a nightmare....

Niki: I don't know how you manage with you OH (ex) still there. It would drive me crazy.
Going to finish my coffee and then crack on.

    Morning all

Just done detailed agenda of my day to date and lost it! So basically after the morning dog walking, pack lunch making, washing and dressing of little people, breakfast feeding and cleaning up after, trotting to school run I am Knackered!

Just had half hour (ok nearer and hour) reading thread and checking ebay (only 2 items without bids!!) and am now gonna do an hours ironing before collecting DD2 from preschool and taking woof with me for walk.

As well as kitchen list i also have to

Post Nan in Law B.Card - DONE
Bank - change of address and pay cheques in
    Tesco delivery - put away
Prep Roast & veggies for tea
    Make jelly
Make small fudge pudding for after tea
Tonight - shower and wash hair

right I will go and do the ironing otherwise DH will come home and think i have done nothing - he doesnt notice things like the windows having been cleaned and nets washed and furniture moved and hoovered behind!

I have now discovered it is Tuesdays that I don't want to do anything.. even when I did half the list the day before through necessity.. I thought it was just that I was at college Tuesday mornings before and after summer just that it was the front room which I find incredibly boring to do .. there isn't much in there anyway!

Anyway.. feel free to give me a kick out of the chair!!

We've sorted school.. They will phone me if DS2 is not in school for registration. They will go collect him if he gets lost on the way to school again so I need to do some little business card size things with my details on and the school details as well.. I NEED a laminator!!

They are emailing me a copy of his swimming days and his timetable which I'll also laminate and stick on his bedroom wall.

Aha.. my mother has a laminator at work so I'll get that done for free!! :money: (I've been dying to use that icon!! lol)

    I will have him sorted!!

    Next job..

Easy - we're best mates :rotfl: We're actually getting on better now that we've split. Who knows, maybe a few months down the line we might end up back together BUT I'm not counting my chicks before they hatch! The worst part is that we still share a bedroom/bed :o BUT thats only because our sofa is wrecked and not suitable to sleep on, we haven't room for the sparebed from my mums anywhere and it's too cold in this house to sleep on the floor or something like that. I've been there tried that one (as has OH) and we've decided its easier, more comfortable, if a little awkward for us to just share the bed - hence the recent purchase of kingsized bedding, no more need for us to huddle together in the middle of the bed to keep warm :rotfl:

Speaking of beds..I back off there, even though I can't sleep properly just laying there in the dark & quiet is helping. Only came down to get a drink after discovering a text from OH asking if I could check our email  Good job I'd left the computer on doing a defrag :rotfl: Night Night  xxx

I'm having a coffee, having finished my list, well apart from the ongoing washing and drying saga..
Its only taken a bit over an hour. How good is that...this 'flying' is great.
I've got an ebay parcel to post, but will do that on the way out this afternoon.
I've got to look over my presentation now, but I'm going to slob for a few minutes while I wait for the floor to dry.

    Hello everyone

DD got out of hospital this morning, we won't know if operation was a success for another 3 weeks when all the packing is removed from her ear.. The consultant never put a bandage on her head and you can see all the stitches and there is still some bleeding. DD was more concerned about walking through the hospital with her hair all glooped down!
Didn't get much sleep last night, I was allowed to stay in hospital but had to "sleep" in a recliner chair. Just dozed all night. But we are home now and as I left the house tidy, flying is one less thing to worry about..
Haven't had time yet to catch up yet..
Lil-me: Hope Matthew is doing fine and your packing is coming on
Rach: Are the wedding/moving plans going ok?

:grouphug: for those who are unwell, have worries or are just cold..

Will try and get back on later..

  • Morning(or afternoon)ladies, not much flying done yet today from me. Am minding friends little girl this morning and have been to toddler group with her and my youngest. They are just eating their lunch and I'll be dropping friends child home when they have finished. Got to pop to the bank to pay in some cheques and next to return some things. DD1 has her dreaded 2nd MMR jab after school today. So might get a few jobs done in between things. Got to clean the oven later though:cool:
