    Well.... I'm back

Actually I decided I would see if I could manage to keep away from MSE for a while.

So I am back in Spain, having had a lovely Christmas with my mum although we lost the heating from about 3pm on Christmas Day until the 28th!

I have been focusing on eating healthily and getting some exercise too. I have been able to link my new phone to the fitness app so I know how many steps I am doing. In fact I put on no weight over Christmas and have lost 6.6lbs in January so that's good news.

More later, just going to have a look around the forum

    Have a great weekend everyone
