All change, meeting has been cancelled so no need to travel and have some extra time working at home the next couple of days. Therefore haven't needed to fill up car with fuel but need food since we'll be here now, we have ingredients for pancakes which we're having soon.

I've done quite a few surveys today and cashed out on one site to get another voucher, another site is almost up to a small payout. One survey though was a real bore but luckily could just let the videos run and not answer too many questions about it!

As thought I'm itching to make a payment somewhere, even if it is a small payment.... come on expenses, 3 weeks until pay day too!

Chilling out in front of the tv, nice and quiet without dh :-)

I hate World Book Day, blooming costumes! Luckily ds only wants to go as Percy Jackson but we don't have an orange t-shirt and I don't want to ruin a perfectly good red one with the stencils we need to put on, so off to charity shops in a minute to find a cheap alternative. Thank goodness I'm not away otherwise my parents would be doing this.

A few surveys done this morning and redeemed for cash so I've sent a small payment to credit card, it's edging down to being in the next hundred bracket.

Dinner will be from stores this evening and although I had to pop out to get coffee and paracetamol I used change I already had and resisted the crisps.

DH is enjoying London but can't wait to be home, definitely countryfied now!

Got rid of a box full of high viz vests for children that were sitting in my porch, space now for the next part of my plan which is to put a boot/shoe holder there and then just wear slippers/socks in the house. Will hopefully source a holder for free or low cost. I've put a bulk buy of tshirts on fb site but not sure if they will sale as all one colour and size that isn't very sought after, I'll give it a few days and then put on ebay.

    All else ok, H x

Hmm it looks like all my plans for a cheap March are going to unravel a bit, forgot dd climbing lessons £39 not factored in to budget, family are coming up for a meal for Mum's birthday but the weekend before payday instead of after it - I may by a slim chance get paid on the Saturday instead of the Monday but otherwise I going to have to put on credit card and pay back on pay day.

Expenses were partially paid today, boss number 2 is chasing up where the rest of it is!

Therefore I don't think I can pay anything off the overdraft until next month which is frustrating as I have 2 weeks of food and fuel to pay for.

Busy with work today but lots of niggly little bits done, 20 mins then that's it I'm on leave again. Will catch up with some surveys and cook Shepherds Pie for tea yum!

I did receive another voucher in the post today but we are now saving for a new tent as a priority instead of the roof bars as we are camping in July plus dh wants to take the kids out a bit more.

Will speak to friends r.e. looking over the business and will start to pay myself from April, invoices sent out today and I will try and pop up to the local school to give out some leaflets for the other session to get a few more interested hopefully.

Busy weekend ahead as always, H x

Morning all, it's a boring plod this month never wanted a loan payment to go out so much so I can update my signature :rotfl: Absolutely nothing happening until 16th, a few surveys completed I could cash out one but decided to leave to until the next level of voucher achieved.

I need to pop out this morning to buy a present for my friend, I've seen some nice note books in TKMaxx and I already have a card and some chocolates.

We are waiting for a letter in the next couple of weeks to find out if dh is getting a bonus this year, he used to get enough to pay for our family holiday but these days we see a few hundred. This year we are going to use some of it towards clothes first of all but if I have any left I will put towards the overdraft.

Sorry boring post, next payments will come around soon enough! H x
  • Morning Huggle,

I'm exactly the same, I get frustrated when I am waiting for a payment to go out lol

Fingers crossed for DH's bonus, paying more off the OD would be good xx

Another day, another distinct lack of post - well at least it's not bills!

Had a chilled out morning, a few surveys done - cashed out for a prepaid credit card and then added to ds lunch account for school.

Went to get a bit of shopping, bargain of the day 20p for a loaf of bread!

DH has informed me that he is flying up to Scotland in May for his marathon, his friend is paying for the tickets now and we will pay him back. Blimey he has some good trips! It's coming out of his share of the bonus that we don't yet know how much!!! I hope it is enough before we sit around spending in our heads.

    Plodding onwards, H x

Morning all, some ups and downs this week. Currently have £13 in bank account and expected bills of £96 to go out before pay day, I still need food and hoping I can get away without using too much fuel. I also need to top up dd school dinner account.

Session last night only had 1 turn up so really need to push this with the local schools, if it doesn't pick up I may relocate further down into the town.

So more positive news - received another voucher towards the tent fund, next loan payment has gone out but I have obviously miscalculated somewhere as my outstanding debt is £12,552.08 meaning that I have paid off 4.26%! I'm so rubbish at this :(

On to today, I have my session this evening but other than that working from home. I am going to make some bread and sort out a mish-mash of food for tea. A few surveys to do, lots of ironing and the washing up!

Will put on some music and cheer up a bit, H x

The week is thankfully flying by and nearer to pay day, I've used money from the business that I haven't yet put into the bank to pay for food so far but I do need to get some fuel today which will have to go on the credit card.

Bank account now has £21 available as topped up with some survey money and hopefully some more surveys will clear today so I can request this. Lots of money to go out tomorrow though which will be interesting!

On leave again next week and then full on with work after that, busy time for us. I have family coming up tomorrow but luckily not staying with us, small doses ok for a few days! Then next week another family member coming up but he is lovely. It's Mum's 70th birthday next Wednesday hence all the people.

    Hope everyone well, H x
