  • #119 signing in for March - £500 overpaid - I've calculated that I should be able to do 7 months at £500 (Jan-July 2018) then I will make no more for the rest of the year. Can I upgrade my target to 3.5k please?
    Feb 2012 - onwards MF achieved
    September 2016 - Back into clearing a mortgage - Was due to be paid off in 32 years in March 2047 -
    April 2018 down to 28.00 months vs 30.04 months at normal payment.
    Predicted mortgage clearing 03/2047 - now looking at 02/2045

    Been in our new home a year now and have managed to reduce the mortgage balance by just over £13,500 in that time which I'm pretty pleased with :D
