Hi, I become addicted to mortgage smashing 3yrs ago.
Last month I managed to (through a mix of overpaying / extending property / adding value /better ltv) managed to reduce my remaining mortgage term from 21yrs to 14yrs and I plan to be mortgage free in between7-8yrs.
Hoping to make an annual overpayment target of 8k.0 -
