Overpayments will remain low and I may not make my target this year but I am not unhappy. I am having (after many years of wanting) a remodel of my downstairs. Its costly but well worth it and I am still on plan to pay off all of my mortgage (about £29,000) by the time I retire in 2021Mortgage free I: 8th December 2009!

#25 reporting an overpayment of £650 for March 2018 and £25 for August 2018.
Having problems with mortgage company not taking my full payment after I have made an overpayment. I am trying to sort out. I now have £7,000 left to pay to get to the 10% mark. It's going to be a struggle, may miss out by £1,000.Mortgage free I: 8th December 2009!

Sincere apologies, just saw your response. I Hadn't really thought about a 2018 target, other than increasing the monthly overpayment, so if it's okay with you, I'll just keep ticking away at it and put in a target for 2019.
August final number £187,887.04
September to date £186,634.04
2018 Total overpayment to date £350 (started overpaying in May)
If I maintain the regular overpayment then by end of year (without any lump sum extras.) £800
