#11 with an OP of £1,604.03 for September, hope to add some more in a few days once i've done the budget for the month :)

edit: happy to say that's another mini-milestone, as I'm now under £70k and into the 6's :D

#164 here. August update. I have over paid £1.50 in August. £50 on 1st of August and £100 on 31st August. That totals for August £150 and grand total is £858.51/ £3200

Overpayments will remain low and I may not make my target this year but I am not unhappy. I am having (after many years of wanting) a remodel of my downstairs. Its costly but well worth it and I am still on plan to pay off all of my mortgage (about £29,000) by the time I retire in 2021 :D
Just check your monthly figures are correct- the spreadsheet says YTD is £893.51 not £858.51. I'll amend accordingly

#25 reporting an overpayment of £650 for March 2018 and £25 for August 2018.

Having problems with mortgage company not taking my full payment after I have made an overpayment. I am trying to sort out. I now have £7,000 left to pay to get to the 10% mark. It's going to be a struggle, may miss out by £1,000.
Just check your figures please, your sig says Total = £5,424.90/£12,449.90 but the spreadsheet says YTD £5,474.90. There's fifty quid floating about somewhere

I've put your target as £1800 (300x5 months left of the year) unless you tell me different :)

  • Thanks, Pawala, I paid an extra £25 off a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately they then reduced my normally payment! Sorry to be a pain. I will change the signature now.

I should have paid off £5,449.90. Now leaving £7,000 to pay.
    £60,000 left to pay

    Target June 2031

Little OP of £41.71 for #11 (making £1645.74 for the month), which takes me to £68,999.99 :D
  • Sincere apologies, just saw your response. I Hadn't really thought about a 2018 target, other than increasing the monthly overpayment, so if it's okay with you, I'll just keep ticking away at it and put in a target for 2019.

    August final number £187,887.04
    September to date £186,634.04

2018 Total overpayment to date £350 (started overpaying in May)
If I maintain the regular overpayment then by end of year (without any lump sum extras.) £800

    Thanks
  • Hi hiddenshadow,
