The spreadsheet makes that Total to date of £10,344.58/£12,000. I know its only 4p off but can you check your figures if you're in any way itchy about it! :rotfl:
Ooo yes there is and it does make me very itchy :rotfl: :rotfl: and you've actually made me spot a flaw in my home spreadsheet for July and August - I'd forgotten to put my mortgage actuals into my calculation and therefore as my spreadsheet links to my recalculated daily interest going forward it would keep amending itself and eventually get all skew whiff!! Thanks for spotting Pawlala :A and aplologies as it means a couple of amendments to put it right
#169 New totals for July and August are £1686.63 and £1684.73 respectively and should now correct it and total £10344.62Blitz that mortgage

Hi
If not too late, I’d like to set myself the goal of overpaying my mortgage by £3,000 this year to keep me focussed on paying less interest to the banky !!!!!! (a term used by Lily Allen)!
Good luck to everyone.
