oh i so wish i hada market like that.

our local market sell stuff like ' i love the isle of wight ' tea towels and matching mug's. and a million and 1 different fake balck handbag's etc.

we do have a local produce farmers market on a friday. but it is very expensive. i'm talking 2 or 3 apples for about £2. 8 sausages for £4 odd. but then the quality is fantastic.

We don't have a very good market where we are either, mainly clothes and mobile phone stalls. We've one fruit and veg stall which is expensive and the stuff looks like the things I threw on the compost heap when I had an alloment.

On a different note, I've just got my new french bread tin from Amazon yesterday and the dough is churning away in the BM as I type. :j

Going to enjoy a relaxing day watching DVD's with fam, drinking coffee and perusing my seed catalogues. :D

Hope you all have a lovely, relaxing day yourselves.

Lesley, I'm the same about the French bread tins as my OH adores it... ok, scratch that, I do too!

Not done much today, we are just picking at food, so that's ok. Not quite sure what to have for dinner... I have ideas written down, but which to choose, who knows!

I have a nice glass of rose and some fresh sausage rolls, we are watching Pingu, haha! Note that there are no kids in this family, just OH and I!

We live in a very middle class County town so the only market we have is a farmers market every first Saturday of the month. I'd rather go to farm shops as it's cheaper and I know what I'm getting, there are some really random stalls turning up at it now.

Oh Lesley do it! It's not huge , it won't take up much space and you'll love it forever. ;) My french bread looked fantastic, I'm so proud. :j

I got some advice on another thread and used an egg wash and sprinkled poppy seeds and it looks and tastes so professional, all golden. I'm now going to experiment with cheesy toppings, too. I love to play. :D

Whoever told us about them on this thread, was it Dee? thank you!
    I am indebted.
