But if you click on the sizing options there are standard sizing 6/8/10 etc AND a made to measure option - I think this is where the problem lies
Yes I absolutely agree hence why I said "may be ok" but it shouldn't be presented as it is. There should be transparency and at the moment there isn't. I can't see anywhere to give your/my sizes (can you?). Therefore as it stands at the moment, it isn't complicit.
I do hope your daughter finds somewhere else to buy.0 -
Shouldnt “Ella June designs” be paying a professional rather than relying on strangers on the internet

“The most dishonest people I've ever dealt with”
8/23/17
I very stupidly ordered my bridesmaid dresses from these people. Even after reading negative reviews I went ahead and placed an order because it seemed they has the colour dress I was looking for at a reasonable price.
They explained that they do not offer refunds (odd) so I went ahead and took the chance and ordered 1 so 3/5 bridesmaid could try it on. The dress arrived 8 WEEKS later (they said it would take 3). They ignored most of my pleading emails asking them to give me a update on the dress. They kept making stupid excuses or would just outright lie.. The girl I was dealing with was Gabriella. After the dress finally arrived she said that if I did order the remaining dresses that she could guarantee they would be shipped on a certain date. Well that date has come and gone and she's now ignoring my emails. I feel so taken advantage of. I told her why I needed the dresses and that I didn't have time to find anything else because the first dress took 8 weeks. Have a look at their Twitter. They do the same thing to everything. They are deceiving scumbags. They were also to give me a 30
Pound refund for my first order because the bridal discount didn't work then I just ordered one. Emails have been ignored for that too. Please do not make the mistake I did and trust these dishonest people.

Your comment that you don’t want to be hashing it out all night , smacks of arrogance I’m afraid to say.Or avoidance. Those two reviews say you ignored them.

Looking at the site no changes have been made and the terms are still go against consumer laws. I’ll give them the weekend to make good on the promise of getting it done and then will consider contacting their local trading standards on Monday. Obviously not to deal with a case as such but to make them aware that the trading terms are illegal and it’s up to them what them then do with that information.0 -
It looks to me like they probably buy the partly assembled items and it’s possibly some kind of franchise set up.
Perhaps they’ve been told that if they claim the items are bespoke they can avoid ccrs-edit -seller has explained that measurements are sent by email
As I was searching another company came into view for some reason-
VerityAnne
https://www.verityanne.co.uk
Also has connections with Worcester .
The set up down to the photos of the shop labels looks almost identical except
Ella June uses a lot more photoshopping and airbrushing
EDIT-owner responded with something about models spots but I was talking about body photoshopping0 -
Also, if you want to keep posting on behalf of your company here, you need to email the Forum Team and get permission - if they grant it, you'll have "Official Company Rep" status.0

To be fair, she hasn't set herself up as some others do, I would be happy to see her responses rather than she's deleted into oblivion. There isn't anything in her CP that shows she is who she says, just her posts and they are in response/defensive to posts here.0
