Today is 8 months since coming back.

My only real debt now is Council tax and Rent arrears. Still a big amount together but a lot better than when I started :o

The new debt is now paid off. I wanted it gone before Xmas so I've just done it. We'll manage we have plenty of food ;)

    This is MOST excellent :j:j:j

It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.

    Total 5595 £12559.06 Paid

*Rent Arrears are less than this but not sure how much will update next month.

I feel like I've cheated on those numbers really, because EDF was paid off by a charity, Debt 2 & 3 have been investigated and I'm not liable and a relative helped to pay Stepdad back and made person 2 Zero.

I want to clear the rent and council tax arrears as soon as possible I need to be realistic but push myself to make this quicker and not just ticking over. I do want to sort my bedroom out though. A want rather than a Need though :o

Really pleased to hear the good news about the warm front and the debt going down. It doesn't matter how it got paid, it's gone, along with a big weight off your mind.

I think a comfortable bedroom for you is a need not a want - you need a retreat xx

That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.

happiness isn't achieved by getting extra things,
but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy
