The older two do quite a few of the youtube videos cherry and cosmic kids is a favourite. Youngest does join in. I'm unsure how to do more at home to be honest. We where supposed to have OT and Portage coming but obviously they arent deemed necessary face to face consultations right now to be measured and assessed. Its remarkable the amount of regression that's happened in her ability/strength in just 2 months. So I do need to do something or its going to cause major setbacks in everything we've gained.

I've sent some emails over. I've had some good ideas through the night and going to have a look at some more. Looking for ideas with 'normal' items not those specifically designed for the job because it seems as soon as it can be labelled for sen the price quadruples. Numbers slightly better still a lot of alarming moments so little sleep for me not her!
We are taking it slow today but I do need to plan what we are having for dinner because I'm not making pie. Maybe casserole it's easier. The weather is colder today and very windy.

Speaking of appliances the Hoover has broken. I went to look at vacuum cleaners having never bought one myself and how expensive are they?! Is there some sort of secret to finding a budget friendly vacuum?

Argos have some for around £50. Ds had a cheap one from there and it lasted a good few years.January spends - £587.586

Found it milann thank you I hadnt looked on there. I'll keep looking around but a good option. Chrystal our freecycle is none existent I dont think I could get a bag of rubbish on there 😳😂 it's not urgent I just like knowing where I'm at and what I need to do.
Well tonights speech didnt offer any clarity to us shielding. I assume we just stay shielded (locked away!)
Had some helpful ideas on the physio mainly involving outside. Going to speak to the specialist and see if a gazebo or similar right outside the back door with activities under will work? Something to work towards. A gazebo and a bench.
