Beanie ours were bright red wrap overs which incorporated machine sewn seams, hemming by hand and a buttonhole which was the stuff of nightmares lol. It was the only one we ever made and looking back I've no idea how they fitted us all from 11-16 but they did :rotfl: xx
:eek::eek:
Ours were navy blue wrap things.
Bought from the good old co-op!

Glad you've been able to get out and about. It's good that all the bills are paid for the month, hopefully that will help you relax a bit more.
Hope your MH improves a bit soon x"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -

Good to hear you’ve been making lovely memories.
You sound on top of finances which is amazing. You should be so proud of all of you - you for managing and the smalls for acceptance. Some of the children I encounter are spoilt little....(insert your own word) They are a credit to you - and you to them.January spends - £587.580 -
Hi WB
Hope you're all OK. Weather has been atrocious hasn't it. Hope you've managed to find some indoor things to do to keep the little ones occupied. It's hard when the weather is rubbish isn't it.

It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.

It looks like this
Outgoing
Rent £480.55 (Paid)
Council Tax £85.40 (Paid)
Water £49.40 (Paid)
Gas/Electric £140 (Paid)
Phone Credit £10 (Paid)
Bus Pass £54 (Paid)
Tv License £12.56 (Paid)
School snack £15
School 'other' £25 (this and the snack one has gone on coats for all 3 of them)
Travel £25 (this has already been spent on the big appointments last week and over budget)
Food/everything else £100 (this is £69 for this month as the travel has eaten into it and the difference in rent amount) there is £40 left as food shop happened on Friday as we where very desperate for food)
Debt for rent arrears hasn't received a payment.
Current bank balance £41.44
All the bills are paid until the 25th when I receive money again. Bank balance will cover the food/everything else budget. Rest of the uniform will come from the budget on the 25th August.

Update to this ..
Have done the food shopping - received some help for this too which has helped massively. Also got nappies/syringes and things.
Current bank balance £6.78
Have wrote the list for the uniforms. It makes it difficult things having to have the logo - even the PE kit etc. Need quite a bit of uniform things along with shoes etc too. DS also needs stationary and some special calculator. I'm really worried about affording it allDS also needs some bits for the residential which is when they go back but will need to come from the August budget too as I won't receive any money in again before he goes!
We have had some expensive hospital appointments. It's a lot more expensive when it's travel for the 3 of them not just youngest.
