Collected the pharmacy things. Going to change to a different pharmacy that will deliver from now. Need to speak to the GP and make sure they know a different pharmacy will be requesting the items. Will make life easier and I'm definitely all about making things easier :p

Quiet week at school this week with nothing on just the usual clubs no extras.

Plan for this afternoon is turning some mince into meals. Lasagne/chilli/cottage pies and spag Bol for tonight. Making the most of the cooker being in will bake some biscuits for pack lunches/snacks.

    Finding a routine again :)

Glad you can get a pharmacy that will deliver - makes such a difference when you have a little one to push.

    Finding a routine again … fab :)

I have to confess that I too am a bit baffled as to why the wee one didn't "qualify" to have her medication delivered and why it took them so long to tell you this was the case. Still you've changed to another now so hopefully that will make things easier. And hopefully the support worker will help you sort out the DLA claim and make sure that you get everything you're entitled to.

As for the family, Well they haven't been the most supportive but they know where you are so maybe for the time being it's best just to leave it at that.

Sounds like a busy afternoon cooking. xxx

The pharmacy have changed to R0wlands and won't offer delivery service for her. Apparently I should have had notice in the last lot that was delivered (I didn't and I had trouble with that delivery and nothing was said) at least it's sorted now. Moved over to one in town that works out better as they'll give a 'slot' for delivery hours rather than a whole day. I'm not the only one who's changed to the new place.

Smalls home and eating dinner. Then homework time

Hope you all have a lovely evening

Yes I’m all with you that you need to do everything for an easier life. I’ve changed my chemist 3 times over the last few months as chemist kept saying they couldn’t get my meds and I had to go every few days to pick tablets a few at a time.....it got beyond a joke - so far so good with new chemist.

It’s good to hear you cooking and getting into a routine again - hopefully you’ll be eating a bit too.

Hope family fund sort your holiday for you.

It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.

Morning WB :) Weather is miserable isn't it. Are you all set up with DD's pushchair and rain cover now so you can get out and about? A quiet and uneventful day sounds like just what you need :D xx

Morning! The rain is probably my fault as I have to be out and about. :)

It's kind of nice when not much is happening and you can just get on with everyday real life and see that the floors are clean and the cooking done and the beds are made and so forth, and know that you're in control and you've made it happen.

Any further thoughts on homeschooling, by the way? A friend of mine was talking about it the other day.

Re pharmacies, by the way, we've had issues over here too. I think there were difficulties getting hold of some drugs back in January: I don't know if that's still the case. Nothing to do with delivery to customers, though. I'm amazed yours has dropped you.

I doubt I'll be on line much for a few days but I'll catch up then. Meanwhile I hope the week goes smoothly for you all x
