My appointment was okay. Im still not sure what I'm looking to get out of it
but it is what it is. Has to be done.
I do feel I'm back on some sort of level though. The joys of MH I guess is taking the highs as well as the lows. Right now I'm glad it's back on the up and I can just focus on getting through the day and cleaning etc.

That's rubbish about the ct! Glad the appt was ok. Always happy to help with the home schooling but I'm more secondary.
