Happy to be home.
Done my cleaning and just opening my post.
A not so very nice letter from court - a further steps notice saying I've fell behind on the agreed £12.50 repayment and if I dont repay the outstanding balance in full within 10 working days of the letter one of the 'further steps' will happen (bailiffs/warrant for control of goods and other scary things) I agreed the reduced rate with the housing. I hope this is just a misunderstanding. I feel sick so much so I think I could be sick!
I can't even contact anyone until Monday now.
When will things just get better? I feel like it's one thing after another with no end in sight. I try so hard to do everything I can to be okay and it just keeps going wrong.
I'm sorry for the moaning post.“Once you hit rock bottom, that's where you perfectly stand; That's your chance of restarting, but restarting the way.”0 -
Not moaning at all. Hopefully it’s just a misunderstanding. Did you get anything in writing from the housing that you could show the court?
I know it’s hard, but try to put it out of your mind until Monday. It WILL be sorted XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

I've got all the new letters from the housing out it doesn't say the amount. It just confirms the rent arrears are clear and I agree to repay the court costs at the set rate.
I feel so stupid I didn't even check it had an amount to repay on. I'm hoping the worst case is I'll have to go back to court and accept some more costs but they'll agree for it to be paid weekly. I'm not sure how likely this is rather than it go to court bailiffs. But it's my only option of getting things on track. Either route I suspect will add costs on anyway. I still feel sick
In other news I got a letter to say they have received the request to appeal the DLA and that I should receive a letter from the tribunal service with a date for a hearing.along with what I need to do. I've checked and I think I've sent/have copies here to take too of everything I need.“Once you hit rock bottom, that's where you perfectly stand; That's your chance of restarting, but restarting the way.”0 -

How frustrating about the court, hope you can get it sorted on Monday.
Fingers crossed you'll be hearing about the DLA soon.

Here dumping more thoughts.
It's 5 weeks I've paid the £5 so assuming 5 weeks behind the agreement
I'd broken it several times since November though so I'm assuming that they won't be going in my favour either. Have emailed housing and court but suspect I will call Monday morning before they reply.
The further steps notice states it can do several things one being increase the amount by 50% I'm assuming this is the new 'costs' at a worst case scenario. It doesn't even state when or how much the bailiffs fees are if it goes down that route. Or when they will visit. I'm assuming the baliffs would agree to a weekly amount?
Such a huge mess“Once you hit rock bottom, that's where you perfectly stand; That's your chance of restarting, but restarting the way.”0 -
Thank you Jwil I have a number to call Monday to ask about the appeal. Hoping they can give me an idea of when to expect it or at least more details etc.
I can't relaxmy stomach feels like a washing machine
tried to reach out to family for a rant and got such a short!t reply just makes me wonder why I bother. Or what I've done so wrong
that sounds so self indulgent like I think I deserve better but I just can't get my head round it.
Smalls are all still in bed. Obviously loving the fact they are in their own beds. Least they are happy and comfortable. Always something to be grateful for.

Hopefully it's just a mistake, W. You know how different agencies aren't very good at communicating with one another. You've done the right thing emailing them both right away and planning to contact first thing on Monday. I know it's difficult but try not to worry about it just now. As for your family - well, you do deserve a bit of support but at least you have all of us here. At least the DLA is starting to show some movement.
Take care xxxHave adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.0
