It really sounds as though things have taken a turn for the better! At first I thought 'Oh no, another day' but then I realised it might mean you don't have to do so many hospital visits in the future, which is actually so much more in your favour.
I was thinking of you while I was cleaning today (as one does
you being Queen of clean 
) and it occurred to me that being at home doing ones own cleaning is actually such a comfortable thing: back in control of ones own little world means such a lot.
I hope you get a good night's rest tonight, as good as you can in hospital anyway.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

Thank you. It's good to know where we stand on things. Still waiting for some results back (the main reason why we came in) but it does help knowing that what we have been doing is working at managing some things and it's definitely needed. Hopefully the switch of some of the meds means less side effects.
Beanie they need to go to after-school care Friday because they don't give a time or even an idea of time for discharge. It's just after the drs round and once the pharmacy has been. So it will definitely be after lunch. Probably nearer dinner time.
Friday's money I will catch up with school and food shop etc. But I think we will still finish the stay a little behind money wise on things despite all the help etc which makes me feel bad
