I hope you feel better soon Wannabe. Some great book character ideas there, my favourites are the ones that utilise school uniforms
.
I used to love Enid Blyton too.

So in simplistic terms and just thinking about the birthdays, there are 6 Fridays between now and the final birthday. If you managed to save £5 every week from the £9 kitty you've allocated that would give all the DC's £10 each. Do you think that's do-able? x0

WF the book day ideas on your diary are all fab , think we will borrowing one for DGS. On to your health , do you have your own CPN ? Hope you have felt better today , am slightly perturbed that the crisis team didn't come back to you . Doesn't bode well if you had really really needed them.
Are there any relatives who could contribute to the DC's birthdays ? Just a thought .This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Milann I'm still reading your diary (half way through)
That's the plan I think Tea I hope it works. Things should work now. Just the hospital could delay things slightly but I have several plans noted down:rotfl:
Cumbria they didn't remember when we where in contact I'm not sure anyone will nowI'll die of shock if they remember to send a card. Youngest is 5 this time and has never had a card from any of the out-law family/my family other than my mum
Crisis team called back tonight and I have an emergency appointment at tomorrow - I don't need them really now thoughI'm okay - just a wobble

I will go - I have to work with them. I'm not complaining I realise they are over stretched.

What a shame that your family/in-laws never sent even a card to the children.
I can't imagine missing out on being in the lives of 3 little ones.
I'm sure the birthday plan will work - if anybody can make it happen you can.
I would go and speak to Crisis tomorrow. Even if you feel better it might help talking about what made you feel sad over the weekend. I agree with Cumbria, I'm really shocked that you rang for help at the weekend and they've only just got back to you. I know you said others must have needed them more, but how did they know what situation you were in? xx0 -
