Today on the phone EH but it will be in writing when I go the review what they are proposing and I need to have it clear what I'm offering etc. So I think I need to get the kids in bed and decide and then just wait really until I have the review. I can feel myself getting all worked up about it but they could just agree to my offer and all this worrying over court will have been for nothing :o

I can't get credit Silver Queen (probably a good thing as I probably would have if I could :o But I can't I just wanted to make clear it's not an option I could do)

I'm going to get some painkillers and a drink, sort the kids and then work on this some more, decide a plan and then stop worrying (yeah right! but stop moaning on here about it at least :o)

I suspect better than that SQ, the judge will look WF sternly in the eye and tell her to pay £12.50 per week and no more and suggest she treats the smalls with the balance! :rotfl:

What happened the first time round :o I'd offered £50 a week back then. He said that was ridiculous and set it at £12.50

Do the last of those things, forget about the others until you know where you stand, not where you think you might stand, possibly, maybe.

Honestly - SQ talks a LOT of sense here - and even you've said it - you KNOW what a judge will say and that is why you also know that the HA do not want to go back in front of a judge.

Now - go spend time with your little ones! :A

You're not moaning, you're just explaining your situation.

I'm worried that in a panic you could be thinking about getting credit from one of those 'not on the high street' type places, hope you don't take offence at that. :o I know you're not stupid but people do things when they can't see a way out. SQ and EH are right, taking on a loan for rent arrears when you're already paying double what you were told to isn't the way to go. Sounds like the HA are just trying it on but don't be backed into a corner by them.

Sort the smalls out, have a brew, eat something even if it's just a piece of toast and try and have a break from thinking about it. At the moment you're going round in circles. x

Okay I've calmed down, smalls are fed, bathed, read to and in bed. Washer on and dinner cleaned up after. Still need to wait for the washing to dry, iron it and do the floors.

I really am going round in circles Tea.

Just going to leave it for now until I've got the letter in the post or it's time to go to the appointment.

Thank you for all the help on it. I promise it won't be mentioned again :o

You mention it whenever you want to, it's your diary, but unless you do, shall we move on now to how many episodes of The Gilmore Girls you're planning on watching tonight. :)

Dont feel you cant mention it~~why would you not mention~~it is important to you & to your littlies.
It will be paid off in a year & then it will all be but a distant memory.
Once you are up to date on the council tax arrears and this years council tax then you will have a little wriggle room for everyday.
This does not mean you have to pay any more money to housing than you already do. They have to take in to account your budget is already cut to the bone & there is nothing at all in it for clothes for the kids or any extra.
    Try to stop worrying :naughty:
