It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.

So a whole new year starts today

01/01/19
Debt
Council Tax £375 (£25 behind)
Rent arrears £1545
Credit card £150
Total £2070
Bank balance 36p
Cashed out £6.19 from PA which should arrive tomorrow.
Cashed out £10 from Panelbase which should arrive next week.
That along with the £10 I have already sent will catch the Council tax up so I don't break the agreement and make them angry enough to want it all in one go!
We have no plans today. We will bake some sweet stuff. To keep the kids happy with 'puddings' Will probably make spag bol for dinner then the left overs can become chilli and lasagne for freezer ready meals and dinner tomorrow.
Hope you all have a lovely day

Evening or Night
We didn't bake today I had no eggs
:rotfl: and we have enough biscuits still left over. Also made cottage pie with some of the mince as the last of the potatoes really needed using. Have made spag bol, lasagne and chilli from the rest of the packet of mince. Smalls will be happy with that
Smalls are in bed sleeping although youngest is not sleeping  she's 'reading' I've left her to it and come for a cuppa.
Have a pile of ironing to catch up on tomorrow and need to clean the school shoes etc so we are ready for Monday. I'll be sad when it comes to them all going back to school

Your cook-a-thon sounds most impressive! You are so well organised with having frozen things in for them to choose from.
Have you tried vegan cake recipes? Or I have an eggs-free chocolate cake recipe which I can post on here - been a staple in this family for many years!
I hope you get some sleep soon - I'm about to get to bed so I hope I do too.
