(they even told us we had to find a new surgery at one point)
That is really shocking. They should be providing what she needs and money shouldn't come into it,
Hope your day improves. xxxHave adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.0 -

This makes me absolutely :mad::mad::mad:
How dare they say such a thing... this is everything wrong with the running of the NHS in a nutshell, costs over care
I would definitely change practice.
Hoping the wee yin is better soon

It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.

Plodding along. Had a good clean today. It's weird how much clean cupboards make my mood so much happier. I'm just having a coffee before it's time to get the older two.
F1 weekend
So a chilled one will be had. Have food in and have gas and electricity there's nothing more we need.
I do need to get back into the meal planning and things. I've let it go and it's shown in our diet.

That's unbelievable - as if your little one can help her condition. So annoying it's all about money and it shouldn't be

Mr SA used to get his vitamins on prescription for free, they were super strength ones you can't buy over the counter. You should persist and ask for them.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
I have sent a message to the community team about the vitamins and syringes. SA I struggle finding some for DD that has 100% iron etc in as most kids ones don't for her age. Would be a bonus if they could prescribe some. I worry as her diet is still so limited.
Had a good chat with DS again about his mouth and I think I must have got it across more this time as it ended in tears
I feel bad but he needs to realise how words do hurt and he can't speak to me like he has been. Some of the things he's said lately are too much out of order and not just a 'tantrum' dreading whats to come with the teens
He's such a good kid and he is 99% of the time lovely he just needs to learn when to keep his mouth closed :rotfl: Takes after me I think
Anyway all done and all friends and they've all gone to bed with smiles even after the hard conversation. I hate that side of parenting
Have chicken curry to make for tomorrow and will make beef casserole and pie with the leftovers. Adds a few easier nights into the freezer.
Hope everyone has a lovely weekend

Its great that its just a hard conversation though and not a shouting match - or just letting it go. Your children sound lovely - so grounded and kind, so I'm sure that a sensible conversation will pay dividends!

I'm looking forward to next weekend and the final stages of the WRC in Oz.
The championship is going right to the wire this season with three crews in contention for the title... going to be an amazing weekend of rallying
