Identifying different interest rates on a CC balance?

Currently have a CC with Barclaycard, the £6k balance is a mix of interest free balance and money transfers with various ending dates that I can't find, and purchases at 18%. I've looked everywhere on the website and examined my statements in detail but I can't find any information on when my various interest free offers are due to end or how much of my balance I'm paying the full 18 percent on. I thought this information would be something most consumers would want to keep an eye on so why is it so hard to find? Am I going to have to spend ages on hold to speak to an advisor to get the info I want?

Any suggestions will be appreciated!

In my experience Barclaycard are usually very efficient at answering the phone and responding to queries. So you shouldn't be on hold for ages.

On page 2 of your statement under 'Interest and Charges' Does it not list any balance transfer interest rates and expiry dates? I've got a Barclaycard Platinum Visa and it is all clearly listed.

As said above, the promo rate/end dates/breakdown will be on your statement.
