Hi GR
Crikey you've packed loads into your break.
Hope alls ok with your cousin, looks like they know were the shoulder to cry on is, you must have huge shoulders GR.
Hope you're right about the lottery, 3rd time lucky and all that.
Have a good day back, at least it's a money week, and that can only be a good thing.

Thanks Diz, all up and ready for work. Child benefit has been paid but it's gone into my old account so I'll have to call them and change my details. Tax credits said they'd do it for me but I'd better check. Good job I didn't close my old account and kept the cashpoint card for it. Will have to get that money out today and put it into my new account so my budget sheets tally.
Packed lunch all ready for today. I've got quiche and salad, prepared last night so I'm not sressing about making something this morning and then ending up buying sandwiches on the way to work.
Have just been checking my Quidco payout for this month and its looking pretty disappointing. Only £9.43saying that I'm waiting for some credits to go onto my mutual points account so I can cash in my £30.
With regards to my cousin - everyone seems to come to me. At the moment cousin having problems with her son, ex-hubby not happy, ex-boyfriend going through divorce, best friend depressed because she hasn't got a boyfriend, my current boyfriend selling his house and sister having money problems. People think I don't have problems. I do have them I just don't have time to worry about mine0 -
Not a bad day today. Sold another 2 items on Amazon and managed to get some college work done in work. Was hoping that there'd be some mail off Halifax today about my charges but nothing. Oh well maybe tomorrow.....
Popped to Asda on the way home today for a birthday card and spend £13. I did pick up some fruit for my packed lunch tomorrow and the rest went on some snacks for the kids0 -
Hi GR, glad today was ok
With so many sales is it worth you paying the monthly fee rather than the 86p or whatever per sale?
Sold another PS2 game today so will make £3.50 ish. Figured out the printing postage online so much easier.:j0 -
That's a good idea Wendy, I'll look into it now. Have decided that I desperately 'NEED' a new laptop. My 'M' key and 'tab' key have fallen off and I tried to stick them down with no more nails and made a major mistake. Now that DS has taken his money out of the Amazaon fund, I'm going to try and keep the rest for a new laptop.
Think if I have the money from the Halifax I'll put half in the ISA and half towards the laptop. Hopefully I'll have it!0 -

In the meanwhile, you can buy a USB keyboard, plug it into your laptop, and use that instead."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Thanks ZTD, I didn't realise you could get those. I'll look into that now.0

It is absolutely tipping down outside, the kids are still in bed and I've got to go to work
At least its payday and my pay has gone into the new account. That means that I can now close my old account.
Will I get a letter off the Halifax today? Keep your fingers crossed for me guys, I'm not the most patient of people so it'll be on my mind until I get something. I've also got to check if Egg has deposited the £20 they owe me. Amazon has made a payment of £38 into my account and there's another £75 in the Amazon account waiting to be transferred into my bank account. It's all happening here.
Have got to pop to the post office this morning to send off another 2 parcels then I'm all up to date with that.
Have a good day everyone, catch you all later.0
