Erm not quite got round to it:rolleyes: I did get as far as looking up one of the books I've got on Amazon marketplace and as there were 14 of them I thought, oh well there's no chance of mine selling!

Is that the case? Will the other 14 sell before mine, are they sold in order of listing?

Have just woken up after an amazing 10 hours sleep and feel so much better, have had a lot of emotional stuff going on in my head over the last couple of days and now that I've had a good sleep I can think more rationally.

The only thing I've got planned today is the shopping. Don't feel like dragging all the way up to Asda which is always manic on a Saturday so I'm going to make do with the local Co-op. I've not got a big list so hopefully I'll keep the spends down. Will report back later and update.

Have just ventured onto Amazon and listed 3 books. Going to see how these go and then maybe pop some more on there. Also had letter off Halifax today saying my mortgage payment is going down by £14 starting next month.

Only spent £33 on shopping today so I'm still going well with that.
  • Hey GR...well done with the shopping. I hate asda on saturday too, crazy people pushing into you and what not. Usually go late on friday night but didn't last night so still got it to do. I'll plan my menu then do the shop.
Good news about the Halifax too, I bet that's going to go into the ISA too. Please don't forget to give yourself the odd treat.
    Catch you later hun

Thanks Dizzy. Don't worry I still get the odd treat! My next plan of action is to contact the Halifax and see if they'll take on my secured loan. Don't think they will but gotta give it a go. Am hoping that they could save me a little bit.

Hi GR, Glad the shopping went well. I always do mine on the net its so much easier and your not tempted to buy extras. Nice one about the mortgage. I can see the ISA total going up very soon.

Thanks Racer, Do you ever feel frustrated that there is absolutely nowhere else you can save money. I appear to have exhausted all avenues in my desperate attempt to save some more. I know I've done really well but I want to do better!

    How are things with you?

I'm ok. OH and I had a huge bust up last night before bed. I feel exhausted. Just thinking how I can move out the MSE way lol.

I done an indoor car boot sale last November, hardly sold anything. That's how I've got all these bookds to get rid of. Even if I just get a bit for the off Amazon I'll be happy. As long as I'm not out of pocket.

Feel absolutely shattered today, could quite easily curl up on settee and go to sleep right now. A day out shopping kills me, I must be getting old.
