Just had to sign up to Mastercard Sercure Code on my Cap1 Cashback card while shopping on Tesco .com .............seems Cap1 are implementing this as of this week
I've had a cap one card for over 2 years, they actually started implementing secure code and verified by visa about 9 months ago.:)Henry James Born 18/03/2011-11 days late!:)

We had the same trouble last weekend. We were told their systems went down with a power surge during and upgrade or soemthing to that effect and that they would honour the 4% on the purchases we had attempted. And since we attempted it 3 times in one shop and once in another, they have actually honoured all the attempts by the looks of the 'rebate' on our online account. DH said that if he had known that he would have tried to buy a TV or something :-)
We switched to C1 recently after Morgan stanley royally screwed up on issuing new cards.0
