You are quite correct, I was posting that in a hurry and did not check that out. OP, you will definitely be able to get Freesat, but I believe that the Sky box you are ordering will only give you a certain number of channels. I have to look into it, in a rush to pick up a grandson from work.

Actually I might not be according to @custardy's previous post :o

The OP would need to plug the cable in and see where it gets them.
  • delighted this evening...got my hd box from lovely seller on gumtree!...he explained where all cables went..took me 15 mins to connect...we have normal telly back...all for £9,,(gave £10)..I will get to round to using other features....eventually!...thanks again!

    Just had a look OP.
Your TV model is pretty much the same operating system as ours.
So any questions on that fire away.
Very good upscaling on these screens. Cracking picture if you give it a 4K source.

You know you can get an app to control your TV?
Its fickle on what it works on,but if it works its handy.
  • have reset my google account so I will attempt to use the other features...its all learning!...no doubt I will be back with more help required..so happy that I came on here and got advice...not just the saving money, the explaining in a language I knew what to do..as another poster said why have a tv that can do more and not utilising it...
