Did your listing clearly say they had the tags removed? If so then paypal are less likely to find in her favour if she starts a chargeback so you could risk fighting a chargeback. If you did not clearly state that these items had the tags cut out then you will need to refund in full on return of the items.

I didn't think Next sold their goods through third party wholesalers. You can also buy plenty of next stuff from ebay that does not have tags removed - who told you that the logos had to be removed.
  • I have copied and pasted this directly from the listing:

[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]It is brand new, wrapped and sealed in plastic, but tags have been removed by the wholesaler for legal reasons

    Thats okay right??

  • FLoFlo, as i am not a huge seller. i dont mind telling you which wholesaler i purchased them from... it was: http://www.tradeclearinghouse.co.uk/products.asp?cat=6

Lots of companys cut off the tags, as they dont like their stuff to be resold with tags on. So that is why they had been removed.. wherever that was NEXT or the wholesaler that did it.. i don't know. but that is what all my hwolesale items are like

You would be better off buying direct from Next clearance stores the tags are in tact and you probably get a better choice.

There was obviously no problem with your listing it now comes down to whether you want to refund to save getting bad feedback, unfortunately.
