I assume other as the other options inmply i am the driver?


I already put appellant is vehicle keeper. Should I give them my number and email address? Its not got an asterisk as a required field?

Have you missed post #3 of the NEWBIES thread or can you reassure us your POPLA appeal is based on the templates there and starts with the point that the NTK was not served in time for keeper liability, since 3rd November was a Friday the soonest it was deemed delivered was Tuesday 8th (too late):

The offence was on 21/10 and date of sending letter is apparently 03/11 but I received it today 08/11.

Your second point will be the usual template about the appellant not being shown to be the individual liable, third one 'no landowner authority' template and lastly, 'dodgy signs' template.

This is easy, the appeal points are already written for you to copy, and the NEWBIES thread already tells you in post #3 (all about POPLA) to only choose 'OTHER' and upload your PDF long appeal.

The way you wrote that reply above, it sounded like you were filling a few words in boxes...STOP!

There are drop down boxes asking me to select a reason and I must select one, as I have listed above. I have he template sorted ready to paste into the explanation box but I must select a reason for appeal from drop down box hence why I am asking should i select ‘other’

If this forum let’s me post pics I would show you. I have to make choice in the options on NCps appeal website

Yes 'other' is the correct option.
Re-check the 'keeper' box immediately before submitting.

Give them an email address.

C-M, the OP is still at the first appeal stage, I think.

I know - I've done hundreds of appeals! It is OTHER at this stage and at POPLA stage, but with a longer appeal then, at POPLA stage.

Don't say who was driving, if they write to fish for the driver's name, ignore that.

Coupon. I am not disputing hence why I am here asking for assistance which I am greatful BUT NCP appeal website, before I give the explanation with one of the templates I have, I must select a reason from a list in a drop down box. I can’t do anything until I select one.

Nope - I don't do that. As I learnt in 2015, some people are not who they say they are online. So I never directly contact someone on a forum, only a few contacts I trust.

It's not even important, this stage is very basic merely to get a POPLA code, and has been answered by both of us above. OTHER.
