I would be tempted to get In touch with the other person and point them here

100% tell the other party and then both of you issue
a data breach complaint to the ICO

Is Defence Systems t/a Park Watch the same parking company your friend is challenging over their ticket? If so then you've just lost your friend a chance to have their ticket cancelled.
Not sure I understand how I've done that, could you please explain TX

Well then if you know what the phrases "keep your powder dry" and "information is power" mean then you'd understand it probably wasn't a wise move to disclose on here the information that landed in your lap.
  • I assessed that it was probably more help to other people to disclose the PPC as requested by Umkomaas and Papa Golf

My friends case is the same PPC but completely different location and completely different set of circumstances.

    Thanks for the interest though

So calm down, no angry faces needed. If I knew bluetoffee1878 was helping a friend of mine I would be perfectly happy with the advice being given.

From how I read this he is helping a friend in a different location who has been sent details of a case relating to Weston Favell Centre.
