Not that early gocat :rotfl: Leaving Hampshire about 9.30 am. I get free through Dartford Crossing with my Blue Badge ;)

Oldham is about 9 miles from where I am going

Looking very bad indeed. Excellent advice Savvy ♥

    :(:(

    :(:(

Thanks for all the advice. If I don't do the Tiptree then home to Wisbech tomorrow, there is no need for me to do the Rochdale trip on Monday. The plan was to get to Tiptree for about 1 pm, pick up a load of donations of dog bedding and dog food from a friend who collects it to go to my Rommie rescuer Juliana. Then I'd drive home. I need to get the donations to Rochdale for depot opening at 8am as they are starting to load massive wagon to leave that day to take the donations to various rescuers in Bucharest, Romania. This trip to Rochdale normally takes me around 3 hours so would be leaving home at 4.30/5 am

That is not on in this weather is it? :( I would be stupid to attempt it. If I am not taking the donations to Rochdale, I can;t pick up the bags etc from Tiptree as I have nowhere to store it at home and I can't leave it in my car as I would need the space to pick up my woofers when I get back. When you afre in an area without the bad weather, it is hard to make these decisions, which is why I value everyones advice on here from around the route. Much as I would love to get the stuff up there, one car load is not going to make much difference to a massive lorry load

Thanks for helping me make the decision. Elite at its best, yet again

By the way, I would have lots of blackets in the car if I travelled, from Tiptree onwards anyway :rotfl: but I only have shoes with me, no boots, and no coat, only a cardigan and scarves

It's not worth it 3Dogs. Stay put.

Not that it's worth much, but Hellmann's Hot Dog Sauce (250ml) is at 80p:eek: RTC in M. Might not find it in your M anyway. Saves me from putting it onto the M list at all as I look to see lots of Hellmann's sauces at 250ml in A but no Hot Dog Sauce:(. Don't forget, this means :money:you might find, whether now or in a week or two's time (maybe longer), some stock of this product in your M if you are lucky on cheaper store-specific sticker reduced price, lower than the 'national' price, most likely, if it is found, to be on an RTC shelf.

So nice to hear both bits of NG good news . congratulations s I am so happy for you. Xx.

Had a hard week which ended in me leaving my job, just walked out and not going back. . I decided I was being treated like rubish and she is taking risks to save money so I walked out. Came back within 5 min :o:o as remembered I had to make her daughter's 18 th birthday cake as it was hers and my son's 18th yesterday. I did not want her to not have a cake . then I left again. :(

    Sorry rhosy. You deserve better.

Went to a different A recently and put my own APG through the SS for the first time. All worked fine - thanks for the info on how to do this. It didn't ask me to put the APG voucher in the slot but I did anyway.

On another transaction in the same store a SS supervisor come & put the APG through....although they entered staff mode and whizzed through extra logins & auth codes and put my APG through as a manufacturers coupon (just like an NCG coupon that is rejected). Afterwards they took the APG voucher and put it in what seemed to be a bin under the checkout. They didn't even write APG on the receipt. Did they do this wrong?

WRT Android Pay and gifting codes..... screenshot is probably the easiest way. I do this and store them all in google photos to keep track. You could just as easily send via whatsapp or similar.

If you factory reset and then set up the same phone with the same details your Andpoind Pay wallet has all the vouchers safely stored. Same goes if you install on a different phone. Confirmed this recently when I bought a new phone and migrated over to it.

    Hello thepearce:D

They’ve never written on APGs at my store for ages. If you don’t ask for the receipt back they simply bin it.

Hi. Thanks. What was weird was them putting it through a manufacturer coupon. It shows as such on my receipt. Pretty sure they never entered any numbers from the APG or receipt - just looked at the value and put it through for that amount.

I think the staff in A have all received different training :rotfl: some even forget any training they have received and now make the rules up as they go along :rotfl:
On SS yesterday, a member of staff said to me that she couldnt be bothered to type in all the numbers from the apg, she just puts all apg's through as coupon :rotfl:
Some still insist on writing on the receipt.....some insist on putting the apg in the slot......there is no consistency whatsoever :rotfl:
