    Todays itinerary went well. Mums flowers ordered, vicar /sermon sorted. Mum can go from flats which was her home :)

    We can sit in mums friends flat til mum arrives :)

    Vicar going to ring me to make an appointment to visit for a chat Bro doesn't want to be here thanks bro

    Got to go walkies now and call at carehome tell them about funeral plans incase they sending a representative . They did say keep them informed .

    Absolutely would never advertise pre oir trips. I try and stay under the radar!

    I won't say what I would do tonscum like that :mad:

    My husbands watch and my bracelet from my grandma, yes sentimental. My excess is £350 we needs a new fence and patio door window. Not sure if its worth claiming as concerned with oremiums next year!

    For house and car incidents we haven't ever claimed for anything of a relatively low amount - we tend to have insurance for major things like major car crashes , house fires, flooding etc. Anything less than a thousand or so pounds I reckon would not be worth it as the re real costs escalate. You are over a barrel really - insurance is essential but frequently it's more expensive to claim. If my DH would stop waving the car as he backs into our drive it would save a lot of money !
